昨天傍晚给HostMonster Billing部门发的要求退款的邮件，今天收到早上收到HostMonster的确认的信函，按他们的要求的回复信后，没半小时他们就把钱退给我了。这个退款服务还是非常好的，值得赞一个。收到HostMonster的退款信件，同时我的PayPal也有来信，收到退款。我原以为退款的钱应该存在PayPal帐户里，没想到PayPal把这退款的钱直接提现到我的信用卡里了，这个爽。下面我就把我退款的整个过程跟大家分享一下。

1. 给HostMonster发的申请退款信

May we ask why you are discontinuing your services with us?

To cancel your account and have a refund issued, please verify you are the account’s owner by replying with the password on the account or the last four digits of the credit card — this is for security purposes. If you have paid with PayPal please respond with the password for your HostMonster account.

When a cancellation is processed, we delete all of the content from the account. This includes emails, files and databases. Once they have been deleted, there is not a possibility of restoration. Please confirm you have backed up all necessary files before we process the cancellation.

Do you also want to set your domain to expire?

说了一大堆，意思问我是否还决定退款，同时退款的话提供信用卡尾部四位数，如果是PayPal的话，提供帐号。还有就是把数据做好备份，退款后所有数据都会删除。这也同时说明了Hostmonster的服务的确不错。
